To Inquire About Your Bill – Two Options Are Available

#1. To inquire about the status of your payments or any general question about your bill you can contact our Customer Service staff between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM at 617-770-5390 or 800-899-1116 Ext. 5390.

#2. You have access 24 hours a day to our Automated Billing Inquiry System. Dial 617-770-5140 or 877-796-6803.

- You will be prompted to use your telephone key pad to input your policy number. Then just follow the instructions.

For identification purposes you need to have ready your most recent Quincy Mutual bill and bank account or debit card information.
To make a payment, please enter your policy number and the five digit agent code as it appears on your billing statement.
